Methodology
How this comparison works: the exact score weighting, where the data comes from and its current status.
The score
Every package gets a score based on the fixed weighting below. The order on this site follows this score — nothing else.
| Criterion | Full | Limited |
|---|---|---|
| Send via Peppol e-invoicing | 15 | 7 |
| Receive via Peppol e-invoicing | 12 | 6 |
| UBL export e-invoicing | 8 | 4 |
| Other features (per feature)capped at 25 points | 3 | 1 |
| Trustpilot rating (0–5) | × 8 | |
- → Price deliberately does not affect the score: cheap is not the same as good. It is always shown next to the score so you can weigh it yourself.
- → Ties break alphabetically. The calculation is deterministic: the same data always produces the same ranking.
Reviews
Ratings are aggregate Trustpilot scores with a source link and retrieval date. Packages without a reliable review profile show no rating and receive no points for it. We never write, edit or weight reviews ourselves.
Prices and features
Feature values and prices are recorded per package with a source URL and a verification date. Where that verification is not yet complete, we say so clearly on the site.
Rules and deadlines
Mandate timelines, legal texts and penalties are verified against official sources (national finance ministries, official gazettes, the European Commission); every document lists its source URL and verification date.
Ownership and relationships
This site is part of a European network of invoicing-software comparison sites. The full ownership statement and any relationships with listed vendors will be published here before launch.
