The mandate

Poland routes structured invoices through the national system KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur). After several postponements, the mandate takes effect on 1 February 2026 for large businesses (turnover above PLN 200M) and on 1 April 2026 for all other businesses.

Key capabilities to look for in software: native KSeF API integration, offline mode handling and support for accounting-office workflows.
