ViDA (VAT in the Digital Age) is the EU reform package that makes structured e-invoicing and near-real-time digital reporting mandatory for intra-EU B2B transactions from 1 July 2030, and lets member states impose domestic mandates without prior EU approval. It is the reason national e-invoicing mandates are accelerating across Europe.
